For the first time ever, we will be hosting a Hashtag Hangout on Wednesday, Jan. 29.

The Twitter chat will last from 12-1 p.m. and will be focused on working with volunteer groups. Whatever tips, questions or comments you can bring to the discussion will be greatly appreciated.

If you’ve never participated in a Hashtag Hangout, it’s real easy. Simply follow the Nonprofit Neighbors’ twitter account, https://twitter.com/NPneighbors, and then reply to the prompted questions with the hashtag #npnchat. All opinions are welcome.

The driving force behind this Twitter discussion is that we want to offer the same advantages to our out-of-town organizations that Nonprofit Neighbors provides to its Kansas City-based charities. Therefore, we put together this monthly feature.
