With VolunteerMark, you can:
Recruit volunteers. Once you’ve created and posted a volunteer opportunity, you can share it through email, text or your social media platforms to everyone or specific volunteers.

VolunteerMark does reserve the right to compile anonymous service hours data to improve the software and the services we provide. You can read our privacy policy here.
- Who has access to volunteer data?
Administrators are able to only see volunteer data for their specific organization. If a person volunteers for multiple organizations, an administrator cannot see hours for another VolunteerMark account they are not an administrator for.
- Can I change plans?
Of course. We understand that organizational needs change over time. To change your plan, go to your account and:
- Click on the “Organizational Info”
- If you are on a free plan, click on the “Subscription” tab and choose a plan.
If you are a current paying customer, click on the “Upgrade” tab and choose the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to. Your account will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Can more than one person be an account administrator?
Yes. The person who created the account can easily add multiple administrators to Essential and Royale packages. To add additional administrators:
- Go to the “Organizational Information” tab and select “Add Additional Users.”
- Add the name, email and phone number of the new user.
- Click on the “Create Additional User” button to complete the request.
8. What is a tag, and how can it help me better organize my volunteers?
A tag allows you to define your volunteers by specific criteria. You can tag by their language abilities, location, skills, or other customized designation that’s relevant to your organization.
These tags allow you to quickly and easily search for volunteers that best match your staffing needs. For example, you may have an event that requires volunteers who speak Spanish and have social media experience. Tags allow you to search for those specific volunteers that are tagged by those criteria.
9. How do the reporting tools help my organization?
Experience and instinct are useful tools in decision making, but having real-time data at your fingertips helps provide a clear picture of volunteer trends, behaviors and where you need to focus your attention and effort. Click To TweetVolunteermark’s reporting tools allow you to volunteer activity by hours served, event, department, program and other criteria set up specifically for your organization. With a couple clicks, you use your past data to manage and staff future events.
